Need replacement parts

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello,someone broke in my house and broke both sides.and the shoes.1 of the metal slide plates at the bottom of the window is broke too. Bought these at lowes 10 years ago. Thanks

Thanks for posting. We should be able to replace these balances for you, but we'll need a little more information to be able to help. First, can you tell us the exact length of the metal channel? Second, I see this balance clips to the window track via a hook. Can you show us the hole in the window track that this hook attaches to? Third, please remove the T-Lock Shoe, or the bottom attachment still in the window track, and compare it to our 15-195, 15-195B, and 15-194. Let me know which it most closely matches. Finally, can you tell us the exact weight of the window sash? From there, we'll do our best to get you the right replacement. Thanks.
