Need replacement parts

Hi there,
I have a Norco Normandy gliding patio doors. We need to replace the door track and also the other parts in the photo. One is the screen door track and the piece in between.
I spoke with Steve and he directed me to part 80-106 for the door track. I need help identifying the part numbers for the other parts.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for patio door thresholds but we do offer one screen door track, the 80-111. Review the specifications below to determine if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
