You are showing an older version of the 15-180 pivot shoe. Compare the overall dimensions below to confirm a good fit! This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs.
The original spring should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there is no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Based on the stamp, please see the S190-540 coil spring. This spring alone can support 5 pounds. Together with the other side, the total sash should weigh 10 pounds.
