Need replacement parts

Hello I am a homeowner 
Our Mill Guard window in one of our bedrooms broke when trying to raise it - attached is a picture of the guide which shows the broken wing on the guide, also provided the stamp.  Additionally when it broke the window part collasped and fell to the bottom of the hole .  Provided pictures of the good side and the one that is missing.
Can you help identify which parts we need to buy from you?
