Need replacement parts

Outside handle drops down and the inside handle and parts are old and broken. What can I replace this with?

We do not have this exact storm latch but the 40-177 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set may work to replace it. To determine if this will be a fit for the door, carefully look over the specifications below.
This set is available in either white or black. If you would like to keep the brass finish, please see the 40-058.
