Need replacement parts

Looking for replacement parts for pella windows that seem the crank is stripped out.

Looks like you're correct about your crank. If it is stripped, it will need to be replaced. Check out our 39-097. If the dimensions online match your old part, you will likely be able to use it as a replacement.
