Need replacement parts for Champion tilt windows

I need replacement parts for my windows and would appreciate you letting me know what these are in the photos I've attached.

I think they are called Spiral Sash Support Balances and the associated hardware. Please let me know if you carry these

Thanks for reaching out! The window balance you have here is a tilt window spiral balance. Yours appears to be 21", but it is difficult to tell from the photos of the measuring tape so you'll need to be sure to double check. You'll need the red tip option.

The exact replacement for this shoe is no longer made but we've recommended the 15-118 Pivot Shoe for it in the past. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Be sure to take a look at the pivot bars and the hole aligner, tagged below.
