Need replacement parts for Marvin DH balance assembly for 6 pane wood windows.

Good morning,

I need to replace the top balance assembly for a wooden window installed in 1998. The housing says AK 30DH and the clutch cover is black.

Attached are pictures of the assembly and the related label for the window.I'm hoping to do the replacement myself so if you have any installation instructions, I'd appreciate it.
