Need replacement parts for each side of the window

First pic is the thing to slide to let the window be able to tilt in.
The second pic is the broken slide thing.
These are Louisiana-Pacific windows that can tilt in.

If all you need is the actuator to engage the latch, you'll need to remove an undamaged part from one of your windows to compare to our selection here. The key details would be the orientation and dimensions of the prongs used to install the lever. Thank you!
