I have an older patio door handle system. From your site I believe it is the 82-226 set as it has the longer mortise screw dimension. I have a broken inner plate and missing turn handle. the inner plate is separate from the inner handle. My set looks a lot like the picture on your site with the wooden inner Handel and dark brown or black plate. The mortise and outer handle are fine. What parts do you suggest I purchase. Numbers on existing hardware are pt 1963 2. And the inner plateas 1060 1943 on it
Thanks for your assistance
Edward

If our 82-226 matches the precise measurements of your part, then you should be safe to use it as a replacement. If it differs, though, you should be very careful. Do the measurements match up? If you'd like us to weigh in on the matter, please update us with a photo, so we can judge if the part looks the same as ours.

Thanks for your reply.. as you can see from the attached picture the mortise is 4 5/8" center to center mountain holes. The mortise has no identifying marks on it but outside handle has "sash controls inc." cast into it.
So I believe we are talking about the same lock. I think all I need is the locking lever and the inner plate. The lock is 25 plus years old.
Thanks for your help

I see the handle is completely broken. You may want to see if our 82-035 patio door handle set can work for you as a replacement. Seeing your handle like this makes me wonder about your rollers. I would encourage you to check you rollers to just to make sure everything is intact.
