Can you please help me to choose the replacement parts for my window sash channel balance? Thank you!

Thanks for the photo. However, in order for us to recommend the proper channel balance, we would need to see the entire with the top and bottom shoes attached. Could you send us some additional photos of the entire balance for us to review?
