Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Your coil support clip resembles the 15-181. This is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs. You'll have to check the old spring for a stamped weight code.

I need the complete setup spring clips everything if I am going to replace this I want to do it right

For the 15-pound window sash, you can use one S190-840 8-pound spring on each side of the window, totaling 16 pounds of overall support. This should be fine as long as the coil weights total within a pound of the actual sash weight. Since you're using a single coil per side, see the 15-186 support clip. We also have the 15-182 balance bushing.

I'm afraid we don't have coil weights that can support a 5-pound sash. That's very light for a window sash. You may want to double-check the sash weight just to be safe.
