Need replacement parts for this door, but not sure what I need.

Hello, I am looking to get 4 full sets of replacement parts for the door in the pictures. I have the door pictured and 3 more that I would like to put the new part on too. Each door is 78" tall and about 11" wide, which makes the until about 22" wide.

As you can see from the photo's this door is missing some hardware and the other doors, while they have most of the hardware are old and don't operate very well. I am not sure what other measurements you might need, but I'll be glad to provide any other details necessary.

I don't see any stickers or markings on the door to indicate a model # or manufacturer.

Just to add a bit more information, the pin that rides in the upper track is 4 5/16" long and I think the plastic on top is 13/32" wide for the part that sits in the track.

I am happy to take pictures of other items as needed or take more measurements as well, just let me know.

I am open to direct replacements or if there is any kind of upgrade for these items I'm open to that as well.

thanks,
Phil

Hello, Phil. Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Hopefully we can help you with this project.

To start out, you said you had multiple doors. Can you confirm that the hardware used between these doors is identical? If not, then that will be a problem. We aren't able to identify what you have without having the old pins to use as a reference. The only thing I'd be able to tell you is that your door needs pins of some kind, which obviously isn't helpful.

Assuming all your doors use the same hardware, then we can presumably use one of the others as a reference. With that in mind, I would like a clear picture of each pin at the four corners of the door. I will also need the diameter of each pin as well as the diameter of their nylon caps. What that will do is tell me what size is needed to fit in the door and what size is needed to fit in the track, which are two vital details.

Please make sure that the pins you show me are as intact and fully assembled as possible. Any pieces missing or broken off will make it harder for me to pick out a match. Each little component is more important than you'd think.
