Need replacement parts for two casement windows

The windows will not crank all the way closed. They are almost drooping a bit and the crank is really hard to turn

The operator shown in your photos resembles the Entrygard 39-031 and 39-032. The determining factor would be how the length of the shorter link arm compares to yours.
