Need replacement parts recommendation to order

Simon ton double hung. 6156049/01 35.25" by 59.25" SPDHWI h0068 6/22/05 A17WH

I have 24 of these windows to which I have to replace all the weather stripping including the wool feathering. The attached photos show the bottom molding and the feathering. The slot for all appears to be 3/16". The feathering height appears to originally been 1/4". I think the photos show all other stripping well enough for your advise for replacement.

I also will need the recommendation for the pivot shoe replacement and the tilt latches. Shoe shown in photos.

Finally, please advise me on the preferred lubricant to reduce friction on the operating parts of the widows.

It's a little hard to make out the shape of your weatherstripping, shown against the white color of your tape measure, but I think I have an idea of what you're working with.

The foam seal in your first photo is a type we used to carry, but it was discontinued and is no longer something we can supply. The type in your second and third photos, assuming the "T" slot is 3/16", would be a match for our 15-182. Finally, for the wool pile, we have many types with a 3/16" backing but none of them have a 1/4" height. You might want to double check that. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here

Concerning the other parts you mentioned, your pivot shoe looks like our 15-192. I'll need to see the tilt latches in order to identify them.

I am comfortable with the weather stripping choices and with respect to the pivot shoe choice I attached the photos to help select the correct product

Thanks. That's an old style Simonton pivot bar. Our Certainteed pivot bar will still work, but there's a good chance you have to re-use the center metal cam from your old shoes. The Certainteed version is just a little different and the old pivot bar may not fit in them.

The original Simonton pivot shoe is simply no longer made, so the Certainteed version is your only option.
