Thanks for posting. This balance looks like our S795-28, though it looks like your bottom T shoe has an open cam. I think our S795-28 should work, but you'll also want to purchase our 15-195B separately and swap them out upon arrival. Refer to the video below to see how this is done. It's very easy.

Also keep in mind that our S795-28 installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook. It looks like yours also uses a screw tab, based on your first photo, but it's admittedly hard to tell for sure.
