Need replacement parts..not sure of original manufacture of windows

Question

Multiple stuck / jammed windows..hard to open..several broken as shown.

Shipping would be to address inUSA and then we would ship to Turks and Caicos Islands.

Your entire operator box is broken, now that the worm shaped gear has fallen out. Can you remove the operator box from the wall and show us the internal arms and gears? We need those gears and arms to be the same as your old operator, or there is no way the new one will work.
