Need replacement pivot lock shoes

Hi - would you be able to help with finding the right part # for these pivot lock shoes? Moved into a house and the vinyl windows do not have any labelling whatsoever to indicate the make/model anywhere. Will need several of these.

The dimensions are:
length = 2"
width = 1.25"
height = 0.5"

Thanks for posting. Based on your information, I think our 15-135 can work as a replacement. See what you think.

Paul - I found a 15-135 that looks very close to what I'm looking for but I couldn't find a 14-135 on the site. Just wanted to confirm it wasn't a typo and should be 14-135, and not 15-135.

Sorry, that was a typo. You're right, I did meant to suggest the 15-135. Sorry again!
