Need replacement pivot shoe

See photos of Vinyl Master double hung window. Note the right plastic pivot shoe is missing the metal locking mechanism and it appears that the plastic is cracked on the bottom (Maybe that is why the metal locking mechanism is gone - it fell out. Can you send me a replacement right pivot shoe? I will also need a spiral bound changing tool to facilite the change out. I have watched the video you have on it's replacemnt and looks simple enough.
It looks like the length of the plastic piece is 2 inches and from the width photo the width is 3/4 of an inch but the channels extend ~ 1/4" wider on each side to properly fit into the sash. See photos.

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but I don't recognize this pivot shoe at first glance, and the brand name isn't giving me anything specific in our records. Is there a chance you can remove the shoe to give us clearer photos, and to double-check the width and thickness of the shoe more precisely? We should be able to narrow it down from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace these shoes. The charging tool is the 75-006.
