I sent an email requesting a new channel balance then found how to send photos.

Please get back with me so I can order the correct part.

Thank you for reaching out to us, Belinda. Based on your photos, I recommend the S795-27 channel balance with the 27C spring strength option. This has a screw tab so that it can install at the top of the window jamb using a screw but if yours uses a hook, please let us know! We can still help, it would just need to be a custom order.
