Need replacement roller assembly match

A quick learner from California says:
My house was built in 1980, I purchased it in 2013, so I am not sure if the glass doors are original.

Attached are pictures of the roller assemblies. The top of the photo has the complete assy, the bottom half is one I disassembled. On the disassembled one, you can see D-719 stamped on the side of the interior piece. This is the only marking I can find.

Can you recommend a replacement part?

If the assembly cannot be identified, is it possible to replace just the wheel in the assembly? The bearings are shot in one, the other seems to roll fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Compare your dimensions to those of our 81-083 patio glass door roller. I think this may be what you're looking for.
