Need replacement roller assy for 45-yr old Peachtree patio door

Need replacement roller for 45 yr old Peachtree door. Bearing is shot and roller gets jammed.

Are these photos adequate to identify the replacement Swisco part. Thank you for your assistance. Buster. I will replace two rollers.
