Need replacement roller and track assembly

I need track and roller assembly  
House was constructed in 1979 in mn per old building permit still in the garage.  I can’t find serial numbers or brand.
I can email additional photos as 5 seems limited. 
1/4" steel roller width, 1 1/8" steel roller diameter,     1 3/4 inch cl to cl wheels
 Track is 38" +/-, wide part of track is 7/8" wide, top part 3/4" wide,  its 11/16" deep, wheel attached 5 7/8" from the end.
