Without seeing the part, I can't do anything but make suggestions. You may want to send a photo of the part you need.

In the meantime, you can take a look at 81-132, a sliding glass door roller used by Binnings and Pan Am. There could have been a number of different rollers used in your door, though, so check the dimensions closely. If that's not your roller, I'll need to see it to identify it.

I don't understand why the model number doesn't give enough info for the part. These doors are 8ft tall and of course glass. If I take them down to photo the part then I have to put them back up with out the new part or I have no door. I replaced all my window channel balances with measurements and model numbers. thanks

I'm afraid I couldn't cross reference that number to anything in our database, either. In my experience, it's very rare that the number for the door will tell you what roller you have. You're probably not going to find a number on the door that tells you what you have.

The reason for this is because most patio door makers would rather you replace the whole door instead of just the roller. From their perspective, they don't want to make it easy for you because that means more money for them.

Replacing the door is obviously not necessary, but identifying the roller is still a project. The 81-132 was made by Pan Am, and this very well could be what you have, but there's no way to be 100% sure without removing the old one to confirm. I know it's inconvenient, but there is no other way. It's just how these doors are designed.
