Need replacement rollers or bottom piece

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We cannot replace the bottom frame piece, but we can replace the roller. The only problem is, I can't make out what you have while it's still installed. Can you remove the roller entirely from the frame so that we can see a clear picture of it? Knowing its dimensions would also be a huge help.
