I am replacing a 27 inch Caldwell 26 4 KK for an 18.8lb window. Which series do I need? Also which guides? Thank you.

Thank you for your submission. Based on your photos and information, it is pointing me to our S380-27 channel balance. Look it over to see if this looks correct to you. Compare your measurements with ours to confirm this is a match. If everything looks good, then you can use the 2640 option.

Do I measure to the inside or outside of the shoe? If it's inside I think the 380 with the 15-005 is the one I need. If it's to the outside, I may need the 385 with the 15-004. This photo shows the measurement better.

Measure the depth of your bottom shoe like in the diagram below. This will determine whether the Series 380 or the Series 385 would work best for you.
