Need replacement set of handles w/ lock

Hi I have an older door.

opening measures 7 1/16" x 1". The screw holes are 3" apart.

Your site has too many options and I can't sort by the features I am lookign for,

User submitted a photo of patio door hardware.

So now what would be the system with the same back to fit the second slider on the other side - (would use the sane back, but have handle only).
