Need replacement shoe for spiral ballance tilting window

I can't find an exact replacement on your site. No brand name on the window. Uses a 28" long, 3/8" diameter, yellow/orange tip sprial ballance. Shoe measures 1/2" thick 1" wide 2-1/8" tall. Window is approx 15 years old.

All measurements are approx using a tape measure.

Your exact pivot shoe isn't available, but have no fear: we suggest using a 15-179 pivot shoe with a 26-021 pivot bar as replacements. Do you think you can make these work for you?
