Need replacement shoe and spiral balance for window

Question

Attached please find a shoe and a 30" spiral balance 5/8?" I need 3 diff colors for what model # should I order and what available colors are there? I need heavy medium and light also need pins and screws

Thanks for posting. Can you tell me the thickness of the pivot shoe? That will help us find a match. As for the spiral balance, as long as the tube is 5/8" in diameter our S600-30 should work fine. We have a chart listing how much weigh each color option can support, so all you need to do is weigh your sash and refer to the chart.
