Thanks for reaching out to us. The balance shown here appears to be a match for the S380-23 or S385-23. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to confirm.

Your old 22-9 stamp is outdated so you'll also have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp option. There's a chart under the product description on the S380-23 and S385-23 store pages that will tell you what option is best based on the weight of the window sash.
