We'll be able to get a better idea of the replacement solutions that might be available to you once we are able to see the details of the existing hardware.

Thanks for the photos. We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing sliding window roller but our 87-188 Sliding Window Roller or our 87-194 Sliding Window Roller may be worth considering as alternatives.
Carefully review their dimensions as well as their design to determine if either of these might be a fit.
