Need replacement spiral balances for my Kinro windows

A quick learner from MI says:
I've got a spring balancer out of one of my Kinro windows from my 1997 Redmond manufactured home.

I've mic'd the outer tube and it's 3/8" thick. Measuring the outer tube, it's 29" long.

I want to order 2 of them to ensure I can replace them and they work to make my windows open more smoothly. They are difficult to move and some going "Boingggg" when I open them.

The one I took out of the window doesn't have a colored tip. I don't have the window sash to weight (nor do I have a scale at home). Is there any other way to identify which color I should order?

S900-29 is our 3/8" x 29" tilt spiral balance.

As for the weight, unfortunately, you'll need to obtain a scale and weigh the sash. Without an existing tip color, there's no way to guess.
