Need replacement take out clips they are plastic

Question

I recently purchased S377-24 channel balances and top sash guides 18-042. Unfortunately the take out clips are so old they broke preventing the installation of the channel balances. The old take out clips are 3/8" wide and estimate 1 1/2 inches long. Please advise which take clips I need to order. Thank you.
