Need replacement tilt latches for Milgard windows

Question

There are left and right tilt latches at the top of each lower section of the double hung window that slide into the window frame. These plastic parts have failed and need replacement. Do you have these parts?

Tilt Latch Dimension:
Full length, including tab = 3 1/8" (77 mm)
Tab = 1/2" (12 mm)
Lower section length (without tab) = 2 3/4" (70 mm)
Upper Width = 11/16" (17 mm)
Lower Section Width = 1/2 " (14 mm)
Full Height = 5/8 " (13 mm)
Lower Section height = 1/2" (12 mm)

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your tilt latches but you may be able to use our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches. Don't be concerned about the difference in design as long as the measurements are the same. Compare the 2-5/8"length, 11/16" width, and 3/8" height shown on our product pages to yours.
