Need replacement tilt window mechanism with slide bar lock

Hi there. This is Steve. I have several windows with broken latch mechanisms. The mechanisms are secured with two screws as shown in the picture. The front is a spring latch that allows the window to tilt inward when unlatched. The metal bar in the rear is to lock the window in place when partially slid open for security purposes. Do you have these in stock?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window latch can be replaced with the 26-394 Tilt Latch Assembly Pair. You'll need to reuse the secondary/night latch when installing the latches. That piece was discontinued and we have not been able to locate a replacement for it.
