Need replacement top sash cam

Thank you for waiting while we looked into this. Unfortunately, we don't sell a match for this unique top sash guide. The cap with the metal sliding bar is a safety device and, if I remember correctly, when the sash is in the closed position, you would slide the bar into a slot in the window track. What we suggest, is seeing if you can saw off the top from the old guide and screw it to the top of the sash. Under it, you may be able to install the 18-008H top sash guide. We can't make any promises but this would be the best we can offer.
