Need replacement top sash guide and balance

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have a General Aluminum window. The top sash guide has been discontinued and replaced with our 18-066, which can be used on either side of of the sash. 

The stamp on the channel indicates it will have to be specially made, though. Can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I can email you a special balance order link and price quote for that quantity.

Hi Mark,  We are still working on this for you.  The balance lenght is unusual, I see this series typically on the full inch and once in a while need to custom make on the half inch.    I'm waiting to see if the stamp information is enough to identify the needed strength, we might need you to weigh the sash but I'll let you know as soon as possible.
