Need replacement wheels and top screw

I have a l how do you screen door spring wheels on the bottom that are connected by a screw and there is a screw on the outside top part screws down and pushes the wheel maybe do you or have you seen specifically replacement wheel as well as I'd like to get the screws

Thanks for writing in. See our 84-008 Nylon Roller. See if this is what you need. I can't say for sure what screw you need, as this depends as much on the configuration of your door as the hardware itself. Based on past cases, some customers have used the 33-071, but take a look and see what you think. If in doubt, consult a local hardware store.

I need 2 rollers like is pictured here. My problem is I need rollers that groove in the roller is at least 3/16" wide. I can only find them with a 1/8" wide groove. Your 84-008 nylon rooler only has a 1/8" wide groove

That's a pretty wide groove. I'm afraid we don't have a version of the 84-008 in that size. Can you show me a photo of your original roller? If there's that kind of difference then there may be others that we aren't seeing.

The photos originally posted in this thread were submitted by another customer. My hope is that your roller is different in a subtle way that could give me the clue I need to find a better match for you. Like I said, My thinking is that if the size is different, then there may be other differences as well.

On the other hand, it's also possible your roller is visibly identical and pictures won't help. It could just lead to a dead end. However, given that we don't have anything that fits your specifications, there isn't really anything else I can ask for to find a solution.

As things stand now all I can tell you is that the 84-008 only comes in one size. If that won't work for you, then we can't offer anything else. The only thing that might give us a lead at this point is seeing what you have now and hoping for the best.
