Need replacement window balance

Hi - I have broken window balance in an Alenco window. photos are attached. This balance (exclusive of plastic hardware) is 28" long The number on it is 2730.

I recently ordered sash guides for the identical window. The model numbers for the sash guides was 18-174

Hello! My first suggestion for this balance would be our S395-28. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
