Need replacement window balance for Vinyl Single Hung

A home owner from Berkeley CA says:

I "think" my window is a Don Young Company "Classic Vinyl Single Hung". Stamped into the metal is 2540 HM. Length of the metal is 26 inches, width is 1/2 inch, height is 5/8 inches. Window is at least 16 years old, probably more. Thanks!

Hello! This looks like it could be a match for our S385-26 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go!
