Need replacement window balances

Need balances that measure 18 and 21 inches in length. Also any additional hardware required.

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you confirm that your two lengths of 18" and 21" are only based on the metal channel? Can you also tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel for both balances? Finally, how many of each did you need?
