Need replacement window balances

Question

Hi, my window balance fell out of the bottom of my window and has come apart. Can you please help me figure out what replacement part I need. As seen in the pictures, the old balance is stamped with 2790 BSI RA 31. The metal part of the balance is 28 inches.

Take a look at our S395-28 balance. See if you can weigh your sash to identify which of our options (2710, 2720, 2730...) you need. The "2790" doesn't exist in our system, so there will be a different number that corresponds to the right weight.
