Need replacement window balances

Manufacturer is Pacific windows. Windows are original to a house built in 2001/2002. Balance channel is 27" long and 1/2" (9/16") wide. I can't tell if the photos uploaded or not. In case not, the stamping on the balalnce channel is a "26" with some space and then a "4" and then a sideways "BSI" and then a right-side-up "NC". Thank you.

Perfect, thanks. See the S378-27, S380-27, or S385-27. The only difference between these channel balances is the shoe depth. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2640.
