Need replacement window channel balance

Can't determine which is the correct replacement part. The feet at the bottom of the channel balance have broken off. The channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long.

I've attached close-ups of the top and bottom of the part.

Hi Bruce,

Your balance attachments look like they're in good condition and that the bottom attachment may never have had wings. I recommend checking another balance to compare. If they all look the same, I would recommend our S395-27 channel balance as a replacement. Thank you!

Thank you for confirming. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to choose a spring strength option based on the stamp printed on your metal channel.

Thanks for your response! I checked the other windows and the balances definitely have wings. I also found broken wing pieces when I removed the balance. Here's a photo of the identical balance with undamaged wings. Please let me know what part would be a good replacement. Thanks!
