The home was built in 1985 and the window will not close properly due to crank. I am unable to find brand of window and it's not an Anderson Window. Anyway for you to identify part which I can order?

Hi there, Barbaros.
It sounds like the gears on your operator are stripped. Can you remove the operator assembly from the window and show us some photos? There's a chance we won't have a match for it but we need to see it removed in order to confirm.
