Need replacement crank for a Nuprime casement window

Question

We need a replacement casement window crank. This crank is on the left hand side of a verically (left to right) opening window. The whole crank is not functioning and we would like to replace it. So we need more than a new handle, the whole mechanism to open the window. Do you have a replacement?

Thanks for posting. Based on your picture, I can identify the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle. However, if you need the whole operator, I'll need to see a picture of the entire thing out of the window so that we can find a good match.
