Double Hung Tilt Aluminum Frame window

Manufacturer: Florida Extruders (no longer in business)

Parts needed:

Channel Balance - stamped with # 27G (see photos)

Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16 " thick (see photos)

Will purchase one each first to ensure you are sending me the correct parts. Follow-up with multiple orders if parts received are correct parts.

This looks like our S770-27 channel balance. Look it over and see if you agree. As for the shoe, consider our 15-178. This is 17/32" thick, but I think it would still be worth considering.
