Hi, hoping you can help me identify what latch I’m needing.

I’m sorry - these images may be quite large- can try to reduce if needed.
I keep ordering the wrong size, so I hope this helps.

I’ve ordered a latch from you within the last year

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you write out the installation hole center spacing? We'd also like you to write out the backset which is measured from the center of the installation hole to the top edge of the lock. I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that should help confirm.

I'm afraid these photos don't show the backset, but take a look at the image below as an example of how to measure it. The 11/16" measurement is the backset.

Thank you kindly! Unfortunately, we don't sell a sash lock with this kind of backset. I'm afraid it's too big. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
