Need replacement window part item numbers, etc identified.

Both pieces(still in the window) say either 7L or 7R. There is the following info on the broken coil metal 7HH. Info on the window sticker in image uploaded. Window will no longer open, too heavy, need to know what replacement pieces to buy. Need to replace the coil balance on both sides.

Your assembly resembles the 15-087 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for the help. Purchased coil balance, shipped fast, installed and done. I was seriously looking to replace my window, I'd been told you can't replace these window parts at every hardware store. I found your website and fixed my window myself for $14-. You saved me hundreds- thank you!
