Need replacement window parts

Question

We have Prism windows and the spring mechanism is broke on both sides so the widnow won't stay open.  I am trying to understand how you select the correct part.

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see photos of the original coil springs and the pivot shoe they connect to uninstalled to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process.

The original coils should also have numbers stamped on them, which you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!
